3 Minute lazy vegan protein breakfast bowl

Im not a big fan of a lot of prep so here is my version of a breakfast bowl that is quick and easy and so so yummy (with all the goods your body craves and needs!)

You can add whatever fruits you have available (JUICY TIP - whatever fruit you have that is about to go bad - pack it in reusable zip lock bags and freeze it. I do that with bananas and its so convenient for these bowls as they are frozen and ready to go).

Vegan Protein Breakfast Bowl Recipe

1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 pack frozen acaí 1 tablespoon Amazing Grass Greens Blend 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein powder (22 grams of plant protein per scoop) 10oz Harmless Harvest Coconut Water

Toppings: Use whatever fun topping you have on hand. I typically use a mix of chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, chopped raw nuts, goji berries, coconut flakes and peanut butter (yum!) but sunflower, flax or pumpkin seeds are also all good options.

Process

Add all ingredients to blender. Fill with 10oz coconut water and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and then add toppings of choice. Perfection!
