The Squeeze was born out of my desire to create the juiciest resource, full of life hacks, to feel your absolute best EVERY.DAMN.DAY!

After being diagnosed with a skin pigmentation disorder called Melasma in my early 20’s, I refused to accept chemical creams, skin discoloration and avoiding sunshine as a treatment and instead changed what I put on my plate. I quit my job in the corporate world, made peace with my past and started detoxifying my body and my life from a host of unhealthy habits.

My journey started with becoming a certified Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and founding my first company in New York City called Magic Mix Juicery to help others heal through effortless and accessible nutrition and feel good vibes. After 10 years of running multiple locations in New York and pop-up locations around the nation I realized that as much as I loved our community it was time for a change.

A lot things had happened to me personally in those 10 years, as they have to all of us. Covid hit us all hard. I also experienced the magic of marriage and the loss of my husband due to a sudden heart attack. Sometimes things happen that just really put your life into perspective, and it became apparent to me that our time on this magical earth is limited and it needs to be fully lived and enjoyed!

I decided to close down my business, take some time to find myself and have since then been dreaming up The Squeeze. I always knew deep down that it wasn’t just foods that feed us but also our mindset, our relationships, our hobbies, our spirituality and doing things that make us feel lit up!

Once I shifted my mindset from grief, hurt and anger there was a huge sense of relief, love and compassion that opened up a whole new world. I woke up with gratitude for another beautiful day and truly believe I manifested my soul mate and becoming pregnant with my first baby into my life.

Life truly is magical and the universe always has your back. It is all about how we perceive things.

My hope is that The Squeeze will give you little life hacks and perhaps slowly shift your mindset to one of wonder and possibility which in turn leads to feeling fucking amazing!

Time is precious, do the things that spark Joy!

 HI LOVE

I always knew deep down that it wasn’t just foods that feed us but also our mindset, our relationships, our hobbies, our spirituality and doing things that make us feel lit up!
