easiest 5-ingredient vegan blue majik bowl

I just come back to NYC after being in Europe to visit family and its hot AF outside…to cool down and to satisfy my craving for something refreshing and hydrating I decided to make this easy peasy 5-ingredient vegan blue majik protein bowl.

Not only is it chock full of vitamins and minerals (hello blue majik) but also has 22 grams of vegan protein and is super hydrating. Best part no need to add any extra sweetener as the pineapple makes up for it all.

Vegan Blue Majik Bowl Recipe

1 cup frozen pineapple 1 frozen banana (if you do not like banana a great substitute is frozen mango) 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Powder (obsessed with this as its unflavored and adds to the thickness of bowls without having to use a nut milk) 1/2 teaspoon E3Live Blue Majik Powder (the cleanest and best with over 75 vitamins and minerals) 12-14oz Harmless Harvest Coconut water

Toppings: I added coconut flakes, goji berries and Once Again Peanut Butter as a topping but let your imagination run wild…you can also add more fresh fruit as a topping I just prefer more crunch on top

Process

Add all ingredients to blender. Fill with 12-14oz coconut water and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and then add toppings of choice.
